Mir Mosharraf Hossain

Mir Mosharraf Hossain (1847–1912) was a Bengali novelist and playwright. He is best known for his novel Bishad Sindhu and for his contributions to early modern Bengali prose and drama. His writings often reflect social issues and moral dilemmas of 19th-century Bengal.
