This library grows because readers give to it. Here is exactly what we need and how your work is showcased.

Contribute books

We accept books you hold the rights to share: public-domain works, your own writing, or books whose publisher or author has given permission. Every book you provide is credited on its page, with your name, logo, and a link to your website if you want, or as an anonymous donor if you prefer privacy.

  • File type: EPUB (preferred) or PDF, up to 100 MB. EPUBs must be DRM-free; we check every file with the same reader visitors use.
  • Rights: Public domain, your own work, or written permission from the rights holder. Tell us which when you write.
  • Details to include: Title and author (Bangla and English if possible), a short description, and how you'd like to be credited.

Contribute cover art

Many classic books arrive without a good cover. If you are an artist or designer, your cover can become the face of a book read by thousands.

  • File type: JPG, PNG, or WebP.
  • Dimensions: Portrait, 2:3 ratio. Recommended 800 × 1200 px, minimum 600 × 900 px.
  • File size: Up to 5 MB.
  • Content: Your original work (or properly licensed), no watermarks, readable title text if you include any. Both Bangla and English lettering are welcome.
  • How to send: Write to us with the book you have in mind (or ask which books need covers) and attach or link your artwork.

What you get

  • A credit card on every book page you contributed to: "Provided by" for books, "Cover art" for artwork. Visible to every reader.
  • Your own public page: cover artists get a gallery page listing every cover they made; public providers are linked from each of their books.
  • Your name in Bangla and English, plus links to your website or portfolio if you want them.
  • And the quiet part: your work in the hands of readers who couldn't otherwise afford these books.
